Розвиток системи моніторингу якості вищої освіти України: актуальність використання досвіду Німеччини

Abstract

У статті викладено узагальнені результати те- матичного аналізу вивченості проблеми моніторингу якості вищої освіти України на рівні дисертаційних до- сліджень вітчизняних науковців. В поле зору потрапили роботи з галузей педагогічних, технічних, економічних наук, державного управління. Приділено увагу з’ясуванню загального рівня теоретичного обґрунтування питання та визначенню можливості (доречності) використання в практиці реформування вітчизняної вищої школи досвіду інших країн (у першу чергу, Німеччини).

The results of the thematic analysis showing the state of study regarding problem (the quality monitoring of higher education in Ukraine) at the level of dissertation research by local scientists are summarized in the article. These have been considered by pedagogical and technical researches, researches on economics and public law. The emphasis has been placed on determining the overall level of theoretical validity of the problem and exploring the possibility (feasibility) of use the foreign experience (primarily Germany) in the practice of national higher education. It has been found the the authors prefer to learn the monitoring of the education system quality, whereas the monitoring system of education quality remains under-researched. It has been noticed that the attention of researchers is being attracted to the study of advanced foreign experience on monitoring technologies in the segment of secondary education. However, the number of theses devoted to monitoring of higher education quality in other countries has remained low.
