Методологічні аспекти професійної діяльності педагога вищої школи

Abstract

Стаття присвячена методології професійної діяльності викладача вищої школи. Актуальність статті визначається необхідністю розгляду проблеми професійної готовності, збереження і розвитку духовних пріоритетів, формування особистості в межах системи освіти/ Акцентовано увагу на тому, що на рівень професійної діяльності педагога вищої школи впливають три складові: загальногромадянські риси, властивості, що визначають специфіку викладацької діяльності; спеціальні знання, уміння й навички з спеціальності; наявність певних особистісних якостей, соціально-психологічних рис і педагогічних здібностей. Ключові слова: педагог вищої школи, професійна діяльність, методологія, завдання педагога вищої школи.

The relevance of the article is determined by the need to address the issue of professional readiness, maintenance and development of the spiritual priorities of identity formation within the system of higher education. We have focused on the fact that the following aspects infl uence the professional activity of a high school teacher: general civic qualities;qualities that determine the specifi city of teaching; special knowledge, skills and abilities of the profession; presence of certain personal qualities, social-psychological qualities and teaching abilities. In modern terms the task of professional teacher of a high school, in our opinion, should be directed to: provision of high functionality of a specialist and a good balance between local and global, so that professionals understand the realities of the global world; the formation of public and individual levels of understanding as the supreme value, the right of everyone to become and remain himself according to his natural abilities; development of future specialists the ability to meaningful and effective functioning in the conditions to worsen relations in the global information society, improving communicative professional activity: cultivation in each individual lofty thought and spirit, in accordance with national traditions and personal beliefs. Prospects for future research will focus on the analysis of modernization and innovation of personnel management in higher education, the mechanisms of interaction of different interests, the nature of their manifestations in educational activities.
