| Abstract: | The present work is intended to clone and define partial nucleotide sequences of coat protein genes of Ukrainian isolates of potato viruses group (PVX, PVY, PVM, PVS). We have shown that potato viruses (PVX, PVY, PVM, PVS) isolated from potato plants cultivated in Ukraine occupy an individual branches in phylogenetic structure of viruses spreading. We have created the Real-time PCR diagnostic test-systems, that allow to detect viruses and carry out quantitative analysis of viruses loading in plant tissues.
