| Abstract: | The work is devoted to the determination of the physical-chemical relation in the Tl2Se– Sb2(Bi2)Se3 binary systems, regularities of formation of solid solutions on the basis of intermediate Tl9SbSe6, Tl9BiSe6 ternary compounds. The phases diagrams of the Tl2Se–Sb2(Bi2)Se3 binary systems in the region of Tl9SbSe6, Tl9BiSe6 ternary compounds were constructed. The unlimited solid solution are formed on base of ternary Tl9Sb(Bi)Se6 and binary Tl2Se compounds. In the homogeneity areas solid solutions for the Tl9Sb(Bi)Se6 ternary compounds are founded after the complex mechanisms of transformation, subtraction and doping. |
