| Abstract: | It is defined the essence of the strategic development of the economic entity as a system that contains the purpose of development, quality management of economic activity, institutions, resources and levers that have a creative basis. The role, functions and principles of the innovation factor in the strategic development process are revealed. The necessity to use the method of causal induction in the process of managing the innovative factor of development is substantiated. |
