| Description: | The physical-chemical interaction in CuSbSe2-“P2Se4” system has been established using X-ray diffraction and differential thermal analysis. The proper phase diagram was built. The investigated system characterized by forming of the tetrary compound CuSbP2Se6, which melts congruently at T=753±5 К. With ternary compound CuSbSе2 it forms eutectic at 94 mol. % CuSbSe2. The temperature of eutectic line - 683±5 К. CuSbP2Se6 crystallizes in trigonal space group ( P31c ) with cell parameters: а=6,507(1), с=13,272(5) Ǻ; Z=4; V=486,587 Ǻ3, ρR=4,92 g/сm3. |
