Within the framework of the adiabatic three-particle model of nucleus the mechanisms of formation of low-lying excited states of the even-even nuclei are considered. The new way of the de-excitation of inversely occupied configured isomeric levels of the correspond even-even nuclei are proposed to take into account of the Bose-Ejnshtajn condensation phenomena of quadruple nucleon Bose-pairs with entire spin J=2. On this base the scheme of the realization of a new type of the threelevel gamma-laser is proposed. |
