| Abstract: | The alloys in the system Sn2P2Se6-Cd2P2Se6 are synthesized through a two-temperature method of synthesis. The phase diagram is constructed after outcomes of the thermal and diffraction analysis. It has eutectic type with limited solid solutions based on components. The limited solubility Sn2P2Se6 in Cd2P2Se6 is 5 mol.%, Sn2P2Se6 in Cd2P2Se6 45 mol.%. |
