Українсько-російські відносини 1992–2020 рр.: зовнішньополітичний аспект

Abstract

Аналізується стан двосторонніх відносин у період 1991 – 2020 рр. на основі т. зв. Великого договору між Україною та Росією. Досліджуються основні причини ускладнення взаємовідносин, а саме: не виконання РФ взятих на себе зобов’язань; невизнання існуючих кордонів в ак ваторіях Азовського і Чорного морів; провокаційне спорудження дамби до укра їнського острова Тузла; дислокація Чорноморського флоту у Севастополі; на слідки Харківських угод 2010 р.; дві «газові війни» Росії з Україною та країнами ЄС щодо використання української газотранспортної системи і, безумовно, ліквідація ядерного арсеналу України.

The state of bilateral relations on the basis of the so-called The Great Treaty be tween Ukraine and Russia in the period of 1991 - 2020 is analyzed. The main reasons for the complication of the relationship are investigated, in par ticular: non-fulfillment of obligations undertaken by the Russian Federation; non-rec ognition of existing borders in the waters of the Azov and Black Seas; provocative con struction of a dam to the Ukrainian island of Tuzla; deployment of the Black Sea Fleet in Sevastopol; consequences of the Kharkiv agreements of 2010; Russia's two "gas wars" with Ukraine and EU countries over the use of Ukraine's gas transportation system and, of course, the elimination of Ukraine's nuclear arsenal.
