Кодифікація трудового законодавства в СРСР

Abstract

Стаття nрисвячена кодифiкацiї трудового законодавства СРСР, яка завершилася прийняттям Основ Союзу РСР i союзних республiк про працю. Значний масив союзних i республiканських актiв трудового законодавства вимагав впорядкування з метою приведення у вiдповiднiсть до нових економiчних умов. Робиться висновок, що досвiд союзної кодифiкацiї може бути корисним при створеннi нового Трудового кодексу України.

This article is about codification of labor law at the time of USSR, which finished with the acceptance of Fundamentals of Legislation of the USSR and Soviet republics about the lаbог. Most of the soviet and republican statutes demanded the ordering with the purpose of bringing it to conforming the needs of the new economic circumstances. Scientists made а conclusion, which is about the experience of soviet codification to bе used as the basis of creation of the new Lаbоr Code of Ukraine.
