| Abstract: | У статті проаналізовано існуючі в науковій літературі основні погляди та підходи науковців щодо дослідження проблематики міжнародного правотворчого процесу, визначення кількості стадій його здійснення. На основі такого дослідження автор виокремлює власний підхід до характеристики стадій міжнародного правотворчого процесу, аналізує їх зміст, особливості та значення. The existing іn scienlific literature scientist' and approaches tо the research of the range of problems of international lawmaking process and determining the amounl of stages of its realization аrе analyzed. Оn the basis of such research the author distinguishes an individual approach to the characterizing the stages in international lawmaking process, analyzes their subject-matter and peculianties and meaning.
