| Abstract: | В статті проведена загальна оцінка розвитку ринку небанківських фінансових послуг України у посткризовий період. Оцінено основні показники досліджуваного ринку в розрізі його складових сегментів. Визначено основні проблеми, що гальмують розвиток ринку небанківських фінансових послуг України у посткризовий період, до яких віднесено низький рівень захисту прав споживачів фінансових послуг, низьку капіталізацією установ, тісну взаємопов’язаність банківської та страхової галузі, недосконале та неналежне державне регулювання, низьку платоспроможність населення. Зроблено висновок про необхідність розробки комплексної програми розвитку фінансового ринку України на середньострокову перспективу, що враховувала б особливості функціонування і ринку небанківських фінансових послуг. | Description: | In the article, an overall assessment of the Ukrainian non-banking financial services market development in the post-crisis period has been made. Main indicators of the investigated market are assessed in terms of its constituent segments. The main problems that hinder the development of the non-banking financial services market of Ukraine in the post-crisis period are determined, which include low level of financial services consumers’ protection, low capitalization of institutions, close interconnectedness of the banking and insurance industry, imperfect and improper state regulation, low solvency of the population. Conclusion has been made about the need to elaborate a comprehensive development program of financial market of Ukraine in the med-term prospect, which would take into account the peculiarities of the non-banking financial services market as well.
