| Abstract: | Обґрунтовано роль людського капіталу в забезпеченні структурного оновлення економіки України у напрямі формування інноваційної моделі її розвитку. Визначено відправні умови спрямування розвитку людського капіталу відповідно до вимог формування структури економіки інноваційного типу. Роз- крито причини неефективного використання людського капіталу, що нівелює стимули його розвитку. Наголошено на тому, що структурне реформування галузей розвитку людського капіталу повинне роз- глядатись в якості відправної передумови структурної модернізації національної економіки. Визначено умови удосконалення розвитку людського капіталу в орієнтації на пріоритети структурного оновлення економіки. Ключові слова: людський капітал, інноваційна економіка, структурне оновлення економіки. |
| Description: | The role of the human capital in the provision of the structural renewal of Ukraine’s economy towards the formation of the innovation model of its development is proved. The initial conditions of the human capital development channeling under the requirements of formation of the economic structure of innovation type are defined. The reasons of the ineffective usage of the human capital, which evens the incentives to its development are discovered. It is emphasized that the structural reforming of the branches of the human capital development should be considered as a starting precondition of the structural modernization of the national economy. The approaches to the improvement of the human capital development in the orientation on the priorities of the structural renewal of economy are shown.
