| Abstract: | The article stresses the importance of professional development іn professional unions of teachers. lt also indicates that insufficient attention is paid to this aspect of unions' activities. The author describes the situation with American Federation of Teachers (AFT ) and analyses the ways of solving the problems of teacher professional development in it. The author analyses recommendations of AFT Task Force, which саn serve а good example for Ukraine. |
