Забезпечення інноваційного педагогічного процесу в закладах вищої освіти (ЗВО): вимога часу

Abstract

Анотація. До переліку завдань сучасної вищої школи віднесено розкриття потенціалу всіх учасників педагогічного процесу, надання їм можливостей прояву творчих здібностей. Для реалізації заходів з управ- ління інноваційною діяльністю вищих навчальних закладів необхідно чітко визначити перелік завдань, ви- рішення яких буде сприяти не тільки розвитку інноваційної діяльності, а й отриманню прибутку. Метою статті є загальна характеристика проблеми забезпечення ефективності інноваційного процесу в закладах вищої освіти шляхом реалізації доцільних управлінських дій. Дослідження ефективності реалізації управ- ління інноваційним педагогічним процесом в закладах вищої освіти (ЗВО) передбачало використання низки методів наукового та емпіричного пізнання. Використання методу аналізу сучасного стану управління та функціонування інноваційного процесу у ЗВО дало змогу розкласти досліджуваний матеріал на одиниці, ви- вчити роздільні частини елементів. Своєю чергою застосування методу синтезу дозволило з'єднати окремі частини знання в ціле, що знайшло відображення у низці умов, що впливають на ефективність інноваційної діяльності у ЗВО. Організація та управління інноваційним процесом у вищій школі потребують кваліфікова- них керівників-менеджерів та викладачів-реалізаторів. Вузівська система управління повинна бути здатною управляти не тільки фазою концептуального вирішення проблеми на основі результатів фундаментальних і пошукових наукових досліджень, отриманих патентів, а й повним інноваційним циклом: від ідеї до створен- ня готового продукту, його тиражування та передачі на ринок. PROVIDING THE INNOVATIVE PEDAGOGICAL PROCESS IN HIGHER EDUCATION INSTITUTIONS: THE REQUIREMENT OF TIME Abstract. The list of tasks of modern higher education includes a disclosure of the potential of all participants in the pedagogical process, giving them opportunities to express their creative abilities. This change in the role of education in society has led to a signifi cant part of innovation processes. To implement measures to manage the innovation activities of higher education institutions, it is necessary to defi ne the list of tasks clearly, the solution of which will contribute not only to the development of innovation activities, but also to profi t. The purpose of the article is a general description of the problem of ensuring the eff ectiveness of the innovation process in higher education institutions through the implementation of appropriate management actions. The study of the eff ectiveness of the management of innovative pedagogical processes in higher education institutions (HEI) involved the use of several methods of scientifi c and empirical knowledge. The use of the method of analysis of the current state of management and functioning of the innovation process in the free economic zone made it possible to decompose the research material into units, to study the separate parts of the elements. In turn, the application of the synthesis method allowed the connection of the individual parts of knowledge as a whole, which was refl ected in some conditions that aff ect the eff ectiveness of innovation in the free economic zone. The organization and management of the innovation process in higher education require qualifi ed managers and teacher-implementers. Problems of innovation management in HEI are studied in various fi elds of science, where the basic concepts are defi ned: «innovation environment of HEI», «innovation activity in HEI». The university management system must be able to manage not only the phase of conceptual solution based on the results of basic and exploratory research, patents but also the full innovation cycle: from idea to creation of the fi nished product, its replication and marketing. The conditions infl uencing the effi ciency of innovation activity in the free economic zone are determined: creation and regulation of the state of the organization’s innovation environment; innovation management policy; structure of interpersonal relations, etc. Key words: innovation process, the institution of higher education, educational process, innovative educational process.
