Формування дослідницької компетентності за вимогами "стандарту спеціалізованої освіти наукового спрямування"

Abstract

Анотація. За мету нашої розвідки ми обрали висвітлення структури, змісту, значення знань у ком- петентності дослідника, визначення ціннісно-мотиваційних спонук до формування компетентності задля індивідуального успіху. Основними методами дослідження є аналіз вітчизняного та зарубіжного досвіду реформування системи освіти, методи аналогії, сходження від абстрактного до конкретного, узагальнення інноваційних науково-педагогічних здобутків. У статті висвітлюються теоретико-методологічні та мето- дичні аспекти проблеми запровадження «Стандарту спеціалізованої освіти наукового спрямування» у світ- лі постмодерністських трансформацій. Здійснюється аналіз відомих визначень понять «компетенція» та «компетентність», розкривається їх сутність та взаємозв’язок. Виказуються міркування щодо структури компетентності, її обумовленості соціальністю особистості. Мовиться про необхідність володіння таки- ми компетенціями як громадянськість, моральність, комунікативність тощо. Обґрунтовується потреба у переорієнтації навчальних програм із простого накопичення розрізнених за предметом вивчення дисциплін на цілісне осягнення дійсності як інтеграції природничих та гуманітарних знань, необхідність переосмислення самої методології навчального процесу на користь антропоцентризму, утвердження позанаукових духовних цінностей. Відзначається провідна роль заохочення учнів на отримання знань та навичок дослідницької ді- яльності. Мотиваційним чинником має стати усвідомлення учнем результативності компетентності та її суспільної значимості. Умовою досягнення якісної компетентності є когерентність внутрішніх та зо- внішніх мотивів. Досягнення позитивної оцінки дослідницької діяльності технологічно є можливим у процесі проектного навчання. Ключові слова: стандарт освіти, компетенція, компетентність, методологія, мотивація.

FORMATION OF THE RESEARCH COMPETENCE DUE TO REQUIREMENTS OF «THE SPECIALIZED EDUCATION STANDART IN THE SCIENTIFIC DIRECTION» Abstract. The relevance of the chosen research topic is conditioned by the need for the theoretical and methodological support of the new «Specialized education standard in the scientifi c direction» implementation, in the process of the students' research competence formation. The purpose is lighting the structure, content, role of knowledge in the competence of a researcher and the determination of the value-motivational reasons for the formation of competence. The ground research methods are the analysis of domestic and foreign experience in reforming the education system, methods of analogy, moving from an abstract one to the concrete, the generalization of innovative scientifi c and pedagogical achievements. The article highlights the theoretical-and methodological and methodological aspects of the problem of implementing the «Specialized education standard in the scientifi c direction» in the framework of postmodern transformations. The carrying out analysis of the well-known defi nitions of the concepts «competency» and «competence», their essence and interrelation are revealed. Arguments about the structure of competence, its conditionality by the sociality of personalities are expressed. It is about a possess necessity of such competences as citizenship, morality, communication skills, etc. It is substantiated the reorientation necessity of curricula from a simple accumulation of disciplines disparate in the subject of study to a holistic comprehension of reality as the integration of natural and humanitarian knowledge, the need to rethink the very methodology of the educational process in favor of anthropocentrism, and the assertion of non-scientifi c spiritual values. It is noted the dominant role of ways to encourage students to get knowledge and research skills. The motivational factor for students should be the awareness of the competence eff ectiveness and its social signifi cance. The condition for achieving qualitative competence is the coherence of internal and external motives. Reaching positive results in research activity is possible technologically in the project-based learning process. The study eff ectiveness lies in the conceptualization of key concepts «competency» and «competence», highlighting their structure and conditionality, as well as in the proposed recommendations about improving the curricula content.
