| Abstract: | У статті презентуємо модель Потрійної спіралі (ПС) як новий виклик для підприємств в умовах економіки знань та визначаємо її суть, елементи, форми та специфічне місце підприємств у цій моделі. ПС ідентифікуємо як модель креативної співпраці інституцій підприємництва, освіти та дослідження в контексті регіонального розвитку. На цій основі презентуємо/намічаємо нові завдання, ролі й організаційні форми підприємств у рамках інституціональної співпраці в концепті ПС з метою використання ефекту синергії тріади на користь розвитку регіонів і всіх учасників та пропонуємо схему системи управління ПС та імплементації ПС в умовах регіону. Ключові слова: економіка знань, модель Потрійна спіраль (Triple Helix), підприємства, освітні та дослідні інституції, співробітництво, утворення сітки. |
| Description: | This paper identifies the process of origination of creative cooperation among entrepreneurial, educational and research institutions in the context of regional development, based on the concept of Triple Helix (TH); it describes its substance, elements, models, and specifies the position of enterprises in this concept. Against this background it presents/indicates new tasks, roles and organizational forms of enterprises in the institutional cooperation within the TH concept with the aim of using the synergy effect of the triad for the benefit of development of both regions and all participants; it also provides an outline of the governance system of TH and of TH implementation in the circumstances of the region.
