| Abstract: | The article considers the course of negotiating process and the results of the XІІth “Ukraine-EU” summit which took place in Paris on September, 9th, 2008. The conclusions concerning the reasons of the European Union delay with signing the agreement of association with Ukraine, which are connected with internal political crisis and instability in Ukraine, are made. |
