Прерогативи і повноваження президента та конституційного суду в Угорській Республіці

Abstract

The article deals with the role of the institute of presidency in Hungarian republic, the procedure of its formation, the level of competencies and political authority. Also the functions of the Constitutional Court on the control over the respondence of the legal system to the Constitution are described, as well as the dual character of relations between government and parliament, the formation of the parliament coalition and opposition, the principles of government branches balancing.
