| Abstract: | Юридичні тексти мають свої специфічні особливості. Використання правової лексики регулюється принципами точності, суворої об’єктивності та інформативності. Кожна правова норма повинна включати та охоплювати всі можливі ситуації. У статті розглядається юридична мова як специфічний вид професійної мови, а також своєрідність її лексики і термінології. Ключові слова: юридичний термін, правова термінологія, мова правових документів, термін особливості, формування умов. |
| Description: | Legal texts have their own specifi c features. The usage of legal vocabulary is infl uenced by the principles of exactness, strict objectiveness and informativeness. Every legal norm has to be all- inclusive, it has to cover all possible situations it refers to. The paper deals with understanding of legal language as a specifi c kind of professional language as well as with distinctiveness of its lexis and terminology. Key words: legal term, legal terminology, the language of legal texts, the term features, formation of terms. |
