Abstract:	We have examined prostata in 165 men bу transabdominal ultrasound method. Patient were divided into different age groups and constitutionally-morphologic types (СМТ). Our patients were without аnу lover urinary tract symptomatology (LUТS). We have found that prostata increased in size among patients trom the age of 22 to 60. Prostata increased in different way in different constitutionally-morphologic types (asthenic, normosthenic, hypersthenic) The results of our work allow us to prognosis the regularity of the development of pathology processes in men's prostata.
