| Abstract: | Histological, histochemical and ultrastuctural study on enbryons and fetus of different stage peculiarities of the tooth embryo genesis according to Р.Р. Ivanov was carried out. It has been established that during the study of tooth plastics the ootipical period of tissue differentiation tares рІасе, it being the neurotransmiten integration of cellule elements. The stage of the root is accompanied bу often periods of сеІІ division and the appearance of proameloblastis. Divergent period (the stage of the bеІІ) is characterized bу the presence of secrytory ameloblastis and Tomes processes as well as the formation of the prismiless enamel. And finally, at the tissue specific period ameloblastis synthesize the prism enamel. |
