| Abstract: | During the study of 62 patients with clinical current chronic toxic hepatitis, induced bу antiinflammatory drugs 4 forms were allocated: unsymptoms, cholestatic, autoimmune and mixed. Cholestasis developed in most cases drug-induced toxic chronic hepatitis and made it more progressive. Cytokine tumor necrosis factor alpha (ТNFa) is important in pathogenesis of the drug- induced chronic toxic hepatitis and plays role in development inflammatory process and cholestasis. |
