Сімейна медицина: актуальні питання діагностики та лікування дуоденальної пептичної виразки в поєднанні з гастроезофагеальним рефлюксом

Abstract

The article includes results of oesophageal 24-h pH-monitoring in patients with duodenal peptic ulcer combined with І degree reflux­oesophagitis (bу Salavary-Millor). Data analysis says about increasing of member of acid refluxes (exposition more than 5 min. intraesophageal рН<4), et whole number of refluxes and alkaline reluxes (duration more than 5 min. intraesophageal рН>7) bу com­parason with patients with duodenal peptic ulcer without reflux-oesophagitis. In patients with duodenal peptic ulcer combined with І degree reflux-oesophagitis (bу Salavary-Millor) оn the background of treat­ment with lansoprazole 60 mg o.d. Data analysis says about decrease of number of acid (рН<4) and alcaline (рН>7) gastro­esophageal refluxes. Prescription of lansoprazole 60mg o.d. is quite effective for treatment of gastro-esophageal reflux in patients with peptic ulcer duodenum. After 1-6 month of the eradication Helicobacter pylori in patients with duodenal peptic ulcer combined with І degree reflux-oesophagitis increasing of member of acid (рН<4) refluxes and decrease of acid refluxes exposition more than 5 min. and decrease of alcaline (рН> 7) gastro-esophageal refluxes.
