| Abstract: | FATULA Уи . М. . Helicobacter pylori infection is the major etiological factor іn chronic gastritis type В and peptic ulcer disease. The present literature review indicates consequence of this infection in peptic ulcer complications, such as gastrointestinal bleeding, perforation and stenosis. Follow-up of peptic ulcer patients has revealed that Helicobacter pylori eradication reduces the rate of rebleeding іn ulcer hemorrhage and helps resolve pyloric and duodenal stenosis. |
