Abstract:	In the experiment there is the explored possibility of the use of bioadgesive on the basis of fibrinogen for strengthening of corneal disk at layer keratoplastic. It is shown that fibrinogen composition can bе the alternative of stitches, carrying out the strong fixing of cornea and not causing the allergic reactions.
