Клінічна оцінка реконструктивної трансплантації амніотичної оболонки з фіксацією в шарах рогівки при важких кон'юнктивально-рогівкових опіках

Abstract

The work presents the results of amniotic membrane transplantation (АМТ) study in treatment of severe conjunctive-corneal burns of eyes. There were established the indexes according to this type of operation. The most favourable results were received in the main group after АМТ, with fixation in corneal layers, which has been performed on the 16-22-nd day after the burn (the epithelization completed on the 27,3+/-0,5 day). In the control group the epithelization completion took рІасе on the 47,2 +/-0,5 day. There were observed the long lasting decrease of inflammatory process, which was finished with formation of intensively vascularised opaqiing cornea.
