| Abstract: | The purpose of the issue was to investigate the efficacy of amniotic membrane transplantation method for healing of noninfective ulcers of the cornea. Already on the second day after operation patients noted sufficient decreasing of the photofobia and epiphora. Epithelization began on 3,8±0,8 day and completed on 2,2±3,1 day. Amniotic membrane transplantation leads to much more quick healing of noninfective ulcers, dissolving of inflame infiltrate and increasing of visual effect in comparative with control group. |
