| Abstract: | The results of surgical treatment in acute phase of carotid stroke have been analysed.Two patients showed clinical picture of progressive stroke, another 7 - of completed stroke. All the patients were examined by computed tomography, dupplex -scanning, transcranial dopplerography and angiography. In two cases we succeeded in emergency thrombendarterectomies, which were done in first ours after stroke onset. |
