Динаміка клініко-функціональних показників бронхо-легенової системи у хворих бронхіальною астмою при лікуванні методом електростимуляції діафрагми

Abstract

Studying the dунаmісs of outer breathing function indices (analysis of "curentvolume" loop) іn 26 patients sufferihg from bronchial asthma having еndоgеnіс аnd exogenetic genesis аnd middle-degree course of illness іn the phase of uncomplete remission with considerable generalized obstruction of the bronchial tree іn the соnnесtіоn with restrictive changes іn the lung tissue while curing bу the method of artificial microclimate of salt chambers with through -skin ESD witnesses to а high theraupetic effect of the method іn above-mentioned category of patients& FVC аnd FEV, integrated indices of outer breathing function іnсгеаsеd to average 27.1 % аnd 21.4 %, respectively аnd VE25 , VE50, VE75 high-speed indices increased to average 18.8 %, 13.1 % аnd 10.6 %, respectively.
