| Abstract: | Досліджується процес формування правового статусу Православної церкви в умовах становлення Польської держави. Показано особливості становища Православної церкви у Польщі після Першої світової війни. Проаналізовано основні статті Конституції Польщі 1921 р., що регламентували становище Православної церкви. Розкрито специфіку взаємовідносин Православної церкви з Польською державою періоду боротьби польського народу за незалежні The process of formation of the orthodox Church's legal status in conditions of Polish state evolution is examined. The peculiarities of the orthodox Church's position in Poland after the First World War аге shown. Also are analyzed the main chapters of the Constitution of Poland of 1921, that regulated the position of the orthodox Church. The specificity of the mutual relations between the orthodox Church and the state of Poland during the period of polish nation's struggle for independence is revealed. |
