| Abstract: | Гелікобактеріоз виявлено у 35% хворих цукровим діабетом І типу і 77% хворих цукровим діабетом 2 типу. У хворих цукровим діабетом І та 2 типу інфікованих H. pylori в клінічному перебігу частіше спостерігається нудота, печія, блювання, загальна слабість та схуднення. Нявність гелікобактерної інфекції у хворих цукровим діабетом І та 2 типу негативно впливають на терміни компенсації цукрового діабету на фоні лікування. Враховуючи досить високу частоту гелікобактерної інфекції у хворих цукровим діабетом з метою дифдіагностики з діабетичною гастропатією необхідно в обстеження включити визначення інфікування H. рylori. |
| Description: | Helicobacteriosis was registered in 35% of the patients with type I diabetes, and in 77% of the patients with type II diabetes. In patients with type I and type II diabetes infected with H. рylori nausea, heartburn, vomiting, general weakness and weight loss are observed more often in the clinical progression. The presence of the helicobacter infection in patients with type I and type II diabetes has a negative effect of the terms of diabetes compensation on the background of treatment. Taking into account the relatively high incidence of helicobacter infection in patients with diabetes it is necessary to include the determination of the H. рylori infection for differential diagnostics with diabetic gastropathy. |
