Abstract

Cтаття прослідковує роль штучного інтелекту (ШІ) в судочинстві та його вплив на процеси прийняття судових рішень. Вона досліджує потенціал ШІ у полі судочинства, а також відкриває потенційні ризики, пов’язані з його використанням. Розглянуто різноманітні застосування ШІ в судовій системі, включаючи автоматизовану обробку юридичної інформації, аналіз великих обсягів даних, прогнозування судових рішень і використання роботів-помічників для підтримки суддів у прийнятті рішень. Використання ШІ може прискорити процеси судочинства, покращити доступ до правосуддя і зменшити вплив людського фактора на судові рішення. Звертається увага на потенційні ризики використання ШІ в судочинстві. Ці ризики включають можливість виникнення алгоритмічної несправедливості, недостатню прозорість алгоритмів, порушення конфіденційності та приватності даних, а також проблеми відповідальності за помилки, які можуть бути здійснені ШІ.
