Автор в порівняльному аспекті аналіує деяких ознак правових статусів центральних банків країн Європи. Досліджує особливості правового статусу центральних банків в державах-членах ЄС та третіх країнах, і сформулювати висновки щодо удосконалення правового статусу центрального банку України при проведенні процесу адаптації українського фінансового законодавства до норм Європейського Союзу

An author is in the comparative aspect of analiue of some signs of legal statuses of central banks of countries of Europe. Probes the features of legal status of central banks in the states-members of ES and the third,countries, and to formulate conclusions in relation to the improvement of legal status of central bank of Ukraine during the leadthrough of process of adaptation of the Ukrainian financial legislation to the norms of European Union.
