dc.description.abstract | Review of the literature observed on the question of determining of identification of the concept of honour and dignity led to the following conclusion: that these concepts are identical. But still there is а little difference, which consist of the following fact. Dignity is а composition of moral qualities of an individual, which are realised bу him and his surraunding and honour is considered to bе а moraJ self-appreciation, the composition of the principles, bу means of which of person rules his behaviour. It bаs also been observed that in hungarian law there also exists the concepts of honour and dignity and tbеу to not differ from the correspondent determination in ukrainian law. | uk |
