Особливості реалізації молодіжної політики в Німеччині та Швеції

Abstract

У статті окреслено особливості реалізації молодіжної політики в Німеччині та Швеції. Встановлено, що важливою особливістю, яка характеризує стан зазначеної сфери в обох країнах, є існування наднаціонального регулювання з боку ЄС, яке трансформується з огляду на існуючі умови та зовнішні виклики. Доведено, що існуюча модель молодіжної політики в Швеції і Німеччині може ідентифікуватись як модель соціального партнерства на рівні суспільства і держави.

The article presents a systematization of the peculiarities of the implementation of youth policy in Germany and Sweden. It is established that an important feature that characterizes the state of this area for the two countries is the existence of supranational regulation by the EU, which is transformed in view of existing conditions and external challenges. The key characteristics of the development of this phenomenon at the national level of the two countries were revealed. It is proved that the existing model of youth policy in Sweden and Germany can be identified as a model of social partnership at the level of society and the state.
