Вміст легкорозчинних білків у листах ксерофітів родів Aloe L. i Agave L.

Abstract

Проведено порівняльне дослідження вмісту легкорозчинних білків у листках рослин, що належать до родів Aloe та Agave. Знайдено значні міжвидові відмінності більш виражені для видів роду Аlое. Виходячи з аналізу даних літератури, виявлений високий вміст легкорозчинних білків може бути одним із факторів, які обумовлюють високу стійкість рослин досліджуваних родів.

Comparative investigation of the soluble proteins content іn the leaves of acclimatized species of Aloe and Agave genera has bееn done. Dijferences, indicating оn а genetic individuality of each species were found, especially for Aloe genus. Іn our оріnіоn high soluble proteins content is а significant peculiariti of these succulents, which is the result of their adaptation to the negative environmental factors such as: water deficit, high temperature of soil аnd air, high sun radiation etc.
