Abstract:	Метою даного лослідження було вивчення чутливості та специфічності розробленого ферментного імунотесту анти-ВІЛІ/ 2 третього покоління -«ІЕА-ВІЛІ/2-ІП. Тестова система для визначення анти-ВІЛ антитіл включає кон'югат пероксидази з ВІЛ специфічними рекомбінантними Gаg-білковими фрагментами (епітопи білків і р17), Env-1 ( епітопи білків р41 і р120 ). The worked out IEA-HIV1/2-III that was evaluated іn this investigation of fers the enough high specificity and the sensitivity comparable with other third generation assay and the better sensitivity in comparison with the second-generation test-kit to determine HIV-specific antibody in human sera.
