Abstract: Novel light- and nano-technologies is extremely developing fields indicating that we will depend as much on photonics rather on electronics in the nearest future. Nowadays, the photonics and light technology is already used in information transmitting and ultrafast information processing systems. To control the light and to access all optical functionality there is a need in new types of materials generally called nanostructured materials with the dimensions of their structural elements in order of tens nanometers.
