Про складові професійної кар’єри студентів педагогічного коледжу

Abstract

У статті визначено актуальність досліджуваної проблеми для сучасної теорії та практики. На основі проведеного аналізу наукових підходів до визначення понятійного кола дослідження представлено особисте визначення поняття „професійна кар’єра”, „кар’єрна компетентність” (як здатність до кар’єрного цілепокладання, кар’єрного планування і вирішення кар’єрних проблем),„к ар’єрнасамоефективність” (self-effi cacy). Ретельно проаналізовано можливості компетентністного, змістовного та процесуального підходів щодо визначення струк- турних компонентів професійної кар’єри. Змістовно охарактеризовані складові професійної кар’єри студента педагогічного коледжу: аксіологічний („кар’єрне ядро”), гносеологічний, діяльнісний, рефлексивно-оцінний.

In the article the urgency of the investigated problem for the modern theory and practice has been presented. The position of principle concerning interrelation of professional career and professional personal self-realisation has been defi ned. On the basis of the spent(lead) analysis of scientifi c approaches to defi nition of conceptual area of research the defi nition to the following notions has been provided: „professional career”, „career competence” (as ability to career the purpose formulation is presented, to career planning and the decision of career problems), „career self-effi ciency” (self-effi cacy). Possibilities of competence, substantial and remedial approaches concerning defi nition of structural components of professional career have been scrupulously analysed. Components of professional career of a student of pedagogical college has been substantially characterised: the valuable („a career kernel”), gnoseological,аactivity, refl ective (refl ectively)-estimated. Self-effi ciency of a person, as the important condition of its(her) personal and professional development and career growth and career planning that is the basis for working out of a personal career route and program self-branding is caused.
