| Abstract: | The article proves that the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine (KMU) hadn’t used all legal means of public interests’ defense and broke off unilaterally the Аgreement about hydrocarbons distribution with Vanco Company on 21.05.2008. The item also establishes that the decision of the Government was based not upon supremacy of law, but it had a political character. In order Ukraine’s laws could be checked to correspond the Constitution of Ukraine and its international treaties (agreements) amendments are recommended to be made to the Law of Ukraine “About the Constitutional Court of Ukraine”. Necessity of deepened development of public law fundamentals in Ukraine are being proved in the article too. |
