| Abstract: | The binary Tl2Se, GeSe2, SnSe2 compounds and ternary alloys which formed on the base of them were obtained and investigated by DTA, X-ray diffraction methods. The liquidus surface projection of Tl2Se–Tl4GeSe4–Tl4SnSe4 quasiternary systems was plotted on the base of experimental temperature data and calculated results by simplex method. This system characterized by the monovariantic eutectic equilibria. It is concluded that the simplex model provides a very good fit to the experimental data and well describe the phase relations in analysis system. |
