Художній вияв мотиву смерті в белетристиці Івана Яцканина

Abstract

У статті вперше проаналізовано особливості художнього вияву мотиву смерті в малій прозі Івана Яцканина. До аналізу творів використано елементи психо- логічного й філософського підходів. Екзистенціал смерті у творчості прозаїка осмисле- ний у філософсько-екзистенційному плані як кінцевість індивідуального буття у світі. Він втілений у таких авторських моделях: смерть, як закономірний процес життя люди- ни; вбивство; самогубство та батьковбивство. Для поетики творів характерне поєднання реалістичного зображення з екзистенційним світовідчуттям. Персонажі оповідань перебувають у станах самотності, відчуження, ха- рактерним для них є відчуття абсурдності існування.

For the first the article analyzes the peculiarities of artistic expression of the motive of death in Ivan Yatskan's flash prose. For the analysis of works there were used elements of psychological and philosophical approaches. The existential of death in the work of the prose writer is comprehended in the philosophical and existential way as the finality of individual existence in the world. It is embodied in such author's models as death like a natural process of human life, murder, suicide and parricide. The poetics of works is characterized by a combination of a realistic image with an existential outlook. The characters of stories are in the states of solitude, estrangement, the feeling of absurdity of existence is also their feature. Death is conceptualized as the last situation that leads to awareness of the fluidity of life and its meaningful filling by those who left to live ("Gasp", "Categorical imperative or sometimes even men cry", "Errare humanum est"). Death is also a punishment for the committed sin or betrayal ("A strange new", "Sweater of someone else‘s threads", "The last meeting"). One of the most important problems of philosophy is the problem of suicide which is considered by the author as an escape from the absurdity and vanity of life and it is explained by peculiarities of the consciousness of suicides who are so-called "Superfluous people" that can not realize themselves in life. The writer focuses on the emotional problems of characters, skillfully emphasizing them only by strokes that accentuate and present the reflection of the characters' tempers ("Tarmac boy", "In the bed of the dead man", "The thief in a long night woman's shirt").
