| Description: | Structure of first synthesized binuclear complex ([Y(NO3)2(C11H20N4O2)(H2O)3)]+)2·2NO3 -, it’s structure was determined by means of X-Ray diffraction study. Crystals are monoclinic: sp. gr. P21/n a = 6.4349(5), b = 15.5739(9), c = 21.6660(13) Å, β = 94.720(7)°, V = 2163.9(3) Å3, dcalc = 1.75 g/cm3, Z = 2. Each of yttrium anions is coordinated by two oxygen atoms of two symmetry related organic ligand molecules, two bidentate nitrate anions and three water molecules. One of nitrate anions is in outer coordination sphere of the metal. Coordination number of yttrium is 9, its coordination polyhedron is a distorted three capped trigonal prism. The Y…Y distance in binuclear complex is 9.12 Å. |
