| Abstract: | Наведено результати комплексного обстеження 428 хворих на цироз печінки. Встановлено дисфункцію ендотелію у хворих на цироз печінки за методикою D.Celermajer, а також за допомогою визначення вазоак- тивних речовин у сироватці крові (ендотеліну-1, простагландинів, фактора фон Віллебланда тощо). Вияв- лено позитивну динаміку показників ендотеліальної дисфункції у хворих на цироз печінки на фоні комбіно- ваної терапії із застосуванням препаратів L-аргініну та пробіотиків. | Description: | The results of complex inspection at 428 patients with liver cirrhosis are presented. Disfunction of endothelium at patients with liver cirrhosis was set on methodology of D.Celermajer and also by means of determination of vasoactive substances in the serum of blood (endothelin-1, prostaglandins, factor background of Willebrand and others). The positive dynamics of indexes of endothelial disfunction is educed at patients with liver cirrhosis on a background the combined therapy with application of preparations of L- of arginine and probiotics.
