Особливості методики проведення фізкультурних занять із дітьми дошкільного віку

Abstract

Виховання фізично здорової дитини є пріоритетним завданням усього освітньо-виховного процесу в дошкільних навчальних закладах, однак вирішення цього важливого завдання пов’язане в Україні з багатьма проблемами, що зумовлює актуальність дослідження. Метою статті є дослідити методичні особливості організації фізичного виховання і проведення занять із фізичної культури в умовах дошкільного навчального закладу і внести відповідні методичні рекомендації. Під час дослідження використано такі методи як синтез проблематики дослідження, психологічний аналіз, педагогічне спостереження. У статті висвітлено основні проблеми дошкільної фізичної культури в Україні, розкрито актуальні питання фізичного розвитку дошкільників, організації процесу фізичного виховання в дошкільних навчальних закладах, планування фізкультурного заняття, його організаційні форми, структуру, методи і правила проведення, види, способи організації дітей, методичні особливості підбору фізичних вправ, методичні основи формування рухових умінь і навичок дітей дошкільного віку.

The education of a physically healthy child is a priority of the whole educational process in preschool educational institutions, but the solution of this important task is connected with many problems in Ukraine such as imperfect diagnostics of the state of health, orientation of the system only to healthy children, interaction between teachers and parents. For this reason, the research topic is relevant. The purpose of the article is to explore the methodological features of the organization of physical education and the conduct of physical culture training classes in a preschool educational institution and to make the appropriate methodological recommendations. Methods of research used: synthesis of research problems, psychological analysis, and pedagogical observation. The article explains that the process of physical education of the children of preschool age are educational, educational and recreational tasks, while the priorities should be considered health. The author analyzes various issues of organization of the process of physical education in preschool educational institutions, identifies the main organizational and methodological issues that the teacher should deal with. An important issue is the correct allocation of different structural parts of the physical culture training class. The teacher of the preschool educational institution must follow the methodical rules to correctly prepare and conduct a physical culture training class. The author talks about the importance of an adequate selection of physical exercises for children, as well as the selection and alternation of effective ways of organizing children during the physical culture training class. Much attention needs to be paid to the effective use of lesson time. Physical activity planning is one of the tasks facing the teacher. The next task is to fulfill the methodological requirements for the organization of the implementation of children’s general development exercises and motor games. In the process of physical education of children of preschool age, the teacher must use different forms of physical culture training classes. In addition, it is necessary to follow the methodological requirements for the formation of children’s motor skills, and for this, the teacher must ensure the organization of a rational motor mode.

Воспитание физически здорового ребенка является приоритетной задачей всего образовательно-воспитательного процесса в дошкольных образовательных учреждениях, однако решение этой важной задачи связано в Украине с множеством проблем, чем и обусловлена актуальность данного исследования. Целью статьи является исследовать методические особенности организации физического воспитания и проведения занятий по физической культуре в условиях дошкольного образовательного учреждения и внести соответствующие методические рекомендации. В ходе исследовании использованы такие методы как синтез проблематики исследования, психологический анализ, педагогическое наблюдение. В статье освещены основные проблемы дошкольной физической культуры в Украине, раскрыты актуальные вопросы физического развития дошкольников, организации процесса физического воспитания в дошкольных образовательных учреждениях, планирования физкультурного занятия, его организационные формы, структура, методы и правила проведения, способы организации детей, методические особенности подбора физических упражнений, методические основы формирования двигательных умений и навыков детей дошкольного возраста.
