| dc.description.abstract | Досліджено вплив γ – опромінювання на процес механічної релаксації у склі Ge8As32Sе60. Показано, що внаслідок опромінення відбувається пониження темпе- ратури максимуму внутрішнього тертя та зростання його інтенсивності. Встанов- лено, що опромінення приводить до локалізації дисипативного процесу в області 160 К – 300 К та пониження його енергії активації. | uk |
| dc.description.abstract | The effect of gamma irradiation on the process of mechanical relaxation in the Ge8As32Sе60 glass is investigated. It is shown that after irradiation a temperature of peak maximum of the internal friction decreases and height of the peak increase. It is found that gamma irradiation of the Ge8As32Sе60 glass leads to a localization of the dissipative process in the temperature range 180 K – 400 K and to decreases the еnergy of activation. | uk |
