Abstract:	The alloys of Sn2P2S6-Zn2P2S6 system have been obtained by specially founded technological regimes. The phase diagram has been established by DTA and X-ray diffraction data. The phase dia- gram has eutectic type. The limited solubility of Zn2P2S6 in Sn2P2S6 in Zn2P2S6 is 10 mol.%, the one of Sn2P2S6 in Zn2P2S6 is 5 mol.%. The single crystals of solid solutions based on SnP,S, have been grown. The temperature dependencies of dielectric properties were investigated.
