Операційний менеджмент фірми та виклики глобальної модифікації ринків

Abstract

У статті розглянуто проблеми удосконалення системи оперативного управління вітчизняних фірм в умовах асиметрично структурованої техноло гічної та фінансової глобалізації світового бізнес-середовища. Показано, що в умо вах «транзитних» ринків, модифікованих глобалізацією, операційна стратегія повинна бути здатна швидко адаптуватися до викликів, ризиків та можливо стей, що створюють детермінанти модифікації глобалізованого ринку.

The article considers the problems of improving the system of operational man agement of domestic firms in the conditions of asymmetrically structured technologi cal and financial globalization of the world business environment. It is shown that in the conditions of «transit» markets modified by globalization, the operational strategy must be able to quickly adapt to the challenges, risks and opportunities that create the determinants of modification of the globalized market.
