| dc.description.abstract | The phase equilibrium in the CsI - Gel2 system were studied by us. Within the reegion fo existence of CsGel3 and TiGel3 compounds the appropriate phase diagrams were constructed. Monocrystals of CsGel3, TlGel3 compounds were prodused by a Bridzhman method of melts crystallisation, which corresponds to structure of the maximal points on received microdiagrams. Tl4Gel6 monocrystals were obtained by a Bridzhman method from a solution in melt. On the obtained monocrystals physics-chemical, electrophysical and some optical properties were investigated. | uk |
